Niemann Foods approached DGS Retail to adapt and value engineer a décor program for their Harvest Market store concept. The scope of work included oversize wall graphics, framed art, wooden ceiling elements custom millwork, stock fixtures,  stock and custom signage and vinyl wrapping of refrigeration equipment. Once fabricated DGS installed more than 1000 pieces of décor.

The most significant challenge was to value engineer the concept without altering the aesthetics of their inspiring design. We did this through the innovative use of less expensive materials and fabrication processes, as well as incorporating our stock shelving, fixtures and signage to be more cost-effective. As well, our one-stop shopping strategy offered everything in one place, for convenience and efficiency. DGS was selected over two other companies vying for the job.
